
Holistic Counselling
Holistic Counselling is a unique form of counselling based on humanistic (or positive) psychology. In Holistic Counselling mind, body and spirit are interconnected and the focus is on the whole person. Holistic Counsellor aims to empower the client’s personal journey toward self-discovery by providing the tools and resources like meditation therapy, stress management skills, communication and self-acceptance skills. Holistic Counselling provides a safe and supportive partnership with the client where the focus is on guiding the client to find solutions to reach their desired outcomes by accessing their own inner wisdom and healing capacity.

Coaching
Coaching is a form of support that prioritise you by helping to focus on achieving your individual goals whether is to get healthy, improve your relationships, career, money or overall wellbeing. Coaching is about asking the right questions and allowing self reflection to come up with the best solution. By providing a safe space and guidance with the right coach your goals can be achieved in a short period of time.

Meditation
Meditation is a practice suitable for people all ages, all religious and cultural backgrounds and the benefits of regularly practising meditation are powerful and life changing. There are different styles of meditation which can suit visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. Once you find the meditation style that is perfect for you this powerful tool can significantly improve every area of your life.

I went through a 3 month program with Aga as my Health Coach and learnt a lot about health, nutrition and have developed healthier habits.
Before doing the program, I was only doing minimal exercise. I had wanted to get back into
doing more exercise but struggled to prioritise it. This became one of my goals in my
sessions with Aga. As a result, I now do Pilates nearly every day and I am getting fitter. I
learned from Aga that it’s important that you find exercise that you enjoy as you are more
likely to do it if you enjoy it.
Another goal that I achieved was to have more variety in my diet. Whilst I ate quite healthily
before, I tended to stick to the same thing. I wanted to try new things but I was often put off,
thinking that it would take up too much time. However, Aga introduced me to foods that I
wouldn’t normally eat and I tried a number of new recipes that were very healthy, generally
easy and not to mention yum! I really enjoyed this aspect of the program and I’m now
determined to continue to try new recipes on a regular basis. In addition to this, I learnt that I
wasn’t getting enough of certain important foods, was eating too fast and I wasn’t drinking
enough water.
My sessions with Aga also helped me to be more gentle with myself as I struggle with low
self esteem and tend to be critical of myself. I’m continuing to work on challenging my belief
that whatever I do isn’t good enough and that I’ll stuff up. Recently I agreed to do a reading
in front of a couple of hundred people – something I would never have considered doing
before. It went well and it felt really good to know that I could do something well! I have also
realised I need to nourish myself by doing things that I enjoy.
Aga is passionate about what she does and is committed to helping people achieve their
health goals. She is kind and supportive but will also gently challenge you when needs be.
Aga is non-judgmental, will listen to you respectfully and will value you for who you are. I
would highly recommend Aga to anyone wanting to make positive changes in their life.
